Press Release Conference ICAICTA

 On 20-21 August 2014, two students of The Bachelor of IT (BIT) Department, Swiss German University, successfully presented their paper in the International Conference on Advanced Informatics Concepts, Theory and Applications (ICAICTA) 2014. This conference was organized by the Bandung Institute of Technology, Toyohashi University of Technology and IEEE Indonesian Section.  The presented paper will also be published in  the IEEE Xplore and will be indexed in reputable indexing systems such as Scopus and Ei Compendex.

Linux Workshop at SMA St. Laurensia – Alam Sutera

 The Bachelor of IT (BIT) Department, Swiss German University (SGU) and its 3rd semester students organized a Linux Workshop in Santa Laurensia High School Alam Sutera on 2nd of September, 2015. SGU visit to HYCOM – exploring new cooperation possibilities

Bandung is the center of the mini and micro hydropower sector in Indonesia. Besides specialized manufactures, the Asean Hydropower Competence Center (HYCOM), a training and testing center for mini and micro hydropower systems, is located in Bandung, the mountainous surroundings of which offer innumerable application possibilities for small hydropower systems. The Competence Center was established as a cooperation of PT Entec Indonesia and TEDC Bandung with the support of international partners from Germany (GIZ) and Switzerland (REPIC platform), and the Renewable Energy Support Programme for ASEAN (ASEAN-RESP).

 ‘The Semester 1 Students of the Hotel & Tourism Management Study Program, had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Robin Wibowo, the Director of Learning from The Ritz Carlton Bali’ , who gave a presentation on the world of hotels. It was a golden opportunity for the students to understand and to learn more about the world of hospitality from an experienced, active hotelier.
