When the coursebook list for each semester published?

Where can I found the coursebook list?

Coursebook list available at SGU Website and it is also distributed in the bulletin board on each faculty. You may also find the list in the bookstore.

When Can I pick up the coursebooks?

You can pick up the coursebooks after you have made the payment

Can I reserve the coursebooks?

Yes, you can reserve the coursebooks before you come to the bookstore. Just give us a phonecall or email us

Can I use my credit card for payment?

Right now, you can not use credit card for payment. We only receipt cash and transfer to our bank account.

How do I order a coursebook if it has sold out?

If your coursebook has sold out, you can place a special order to our bookstore.You will be asked to fill out a form with your course
and contact information. It usually takes 3-5 business days for a special order to arrive, at which time we will contact you and you
can come pick up and pay for your course book.

When Can I submit the coursebooks for the next semester?

You have to submit the coursebooks at least four months before the new semester started. Not all the books available in Jakarta.
If we are lucky, the book can be found in Singapore, it tooks 1-2 weeks to get here. If it is not available in Singapore, we have
to purchase it to USA, it tooks 4-5 weeks. Not to mention, if there is the "red light" at the Tanjung Priok Port. It might tooks long time than we predict.

Where Can I found the coursebooks of the previous semester?

You can found the coursebooks of the previous semester in here. You can search by the course title, book title, the author or the publisher.

Can I get the supporting teaching materials for my course?

If the book is adopted, then the lecturer got 1 free coursebooks and supporting teaching materials like the power point presentation,
instructor manual, or the test banks. Please remember that you have to return the books and the supporting teaching materials if you are
no longer teaching the subjects.

What should I do if the coursebooks for student do not come on time scheduled?

Sometimes there is "red light" at the Tanjung Priok Port. This term we use if the coursebooks can not get out from the port because of the audit
from Commission to Prevent Corruption (KPK) on the Customs (Bea Cukai). It may cause the coursebooks come late, we can manage to copy
the coursebooks chapter wise until the coursebooks coming to the campus

Can I order other books which also supporting my course?

You can order other books which also supporting your course. You can place a special order to our bookstore. You will be asked to fill out a form
with your course and contact information. It usually takes 3-5 business days for a special order to arrive, at which time we will contact you and
you can come pick up your books. Please remember that this book belong to the library, so you have to return if you are no longer teaching the subjects.
The supporting teaching materials can not provide for the supporting book because the book is not adopted for students.
