As the rectorship of Prof. Dr. Peter Pscheid ended on 31^th Dec 2009, the board of Swiss German University (SGU) has appointed Prof. Jürgen Grüneberg as the acting rector starting from 1^st January 2010.

Prof. Jürgen Grüneberg has been the Dean of Mechatronics and the internship co-ordinator at SGU since its establishment and, in these capacities, has made a tremendous contribution to the development, reputation and success of SGU both in Indonesia and in Europe.
