SGU Lecturer Teaches Traditional Indonesian Recipes at International Management Institute Switzerland

Switzerland – One of Swiss German University lecturers, Mr. Oqke Prawira or known as Chef Oqke, was invited to be Guest Lecturer at International Management Institute (IMI) Switzerland. Chef Oqke, a full time lecturer at Hotel & Tourism Management of SGU, took IMI students through a range of traditional Indonesian recipes including classic dishes such as Soto Ayam, Acar Kuning and Ayam Panggang Bumbu Bali.

As cited from IMI's official website, this Indonesian Culinary Masterclass was a great opportunity for IMI students to discover new flavour combinations and learn about a country's culinary cuisine from an expert. IMI students really enjoyed the masterclass and now can't wait to use their newly acquired skills and ideas in future recipe creations.

"We offer a big thanks to Chef Prawira for taking the time to come and visit us and work with our students and we look forward to welcoming many more guest lecturers over the upcoming weeks."
