The study fee at Swiss German University consists of the semester tuition fee. No development/building fee is paid at the beginning of study.

3. Sibling Discount
   An incoming bachelor's degree student, who has a brother/sister (sibling) who is studying at SGU, will be entitled to a discount of Rp.2 million of tuition fee per semester (except semester 3 and 6). Terms and conditions apply.
4. Scholarship
   Scholarships based on the best academic semester result are offered in semester 2, 4, 5, 7 and 8. Terms and conditions apply.
5. Tuition Fee Includes
   
   1. Double degree (for qualified students)
   2. Extracurricular activities during the semesters (sports, arts, languages)
   3. English as the tuition language
   4. Use of laboratories
   5. Free wireless internet acceess
   6. Insurance (personal accident) - 24 hours
   7. Final semester exams, oral final study examinations/OFSE, and thesis defense
6. Tuition Fee Does Not Include
   
   1. Textbooks
   2. Transport, accommodation, and living costs, including internships in semester 3 and 6
   3. Fees for any repetition exam and/or repetition semester
   4. SGU jacket, orientation (Rp.500,000), laboratory coats (Rp.220,000), safety shoes
   5. Graduation ceremony
7. Refund Policy
   Tuition fee paid will be refunded only under the condition that a candidate fails to graduate from High School, with deduction of administration charge Rp.2,500,000. For any other reasons, there will be no refund.
