The BMC Strategy is a useful blueprint to help start-up owners/founders to develop a business from the scratch. Students learned how to develop 9 key elements of the BMC strategy; Value Propositions, Customer Segment, Customer Relationships, Key Activities, Key Resources, Key Partner, Channel, Cost Structures, and Revenue Streams.

Students were excited to learn about BMC strategy and showed a lot of enthusiasm in the process. Students worked in groups consisting of 10 students and were trained to work to achieve a common goal: develop and launch their business idea successfully.
