Leadership Enrichment by Student Business Association (SBA)
Student Business Association (SBA) under the International Business Administration study program held a Leadership Enrichment program for the first semester students of International Business Administration and Hotel & Tourism Management. During the event that was held on 22nd – 23rd September, 2018 at Villa Teenrach, Cipanas, Puncak. West Java, SGU lecturers, represented by Mr. Mohammad Riyadh Rizky Adam from International Business Administration and Mr. Esa T. Mbouw from Hotel & Tourism Management, was present to guide the students through the 2-day program.
During the activity, the students learned how to work together and how to be a leader through the team-building games. This is important for the students to see their potential skills in leadership and to help them working with their friends during their group assignments in the class. In addition, this activity aimed to introduce and connect between the first semester students with the fifth semester students so that the first semester students can learn more about the study process, system, and experience, which will benefit them in the future study at SGU. Mr. Rizky took the opportunity to deliver a sharing session during the program. The students were very enthusiast and asked a lot of questions about campus life at SGU.
